She studied finance and banking at Louisiana State University, in Baton Rouge; then worked in venture capital to create working partnerships. As an entrepreneur, she founded several successful companies, which she sold at age 32 and retired.

The following year her husband died suddenly. She discovered the art and science of NLP to be a vital factor in recovering from her loss.

Lindagail is grateful to her NLP teachers, including John Grinder, Judith Delozier, Michael Grinder, Steve and Connirae Andreas, Lara Ewing, and Robert Dilts. Her work and her thinking have also been influenced by the writings and films of Dr. Milton Erickson, Gregory Bateson, Virginia Satir, and Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais.

In 1991 Lindagail founded the NLP Institute of Oregon in Ashland, OR, to share the benefits of NLP with others. In 1992 she was invited to teach in Portland, and in 1994 to Guadalajara, Mexico, where she helped to establish an NLP center and returned as a guest trainer for seven years.

Lindagail currently heads the longest established NLP center in the Pacific Northwest and on Maui. She holds numerous advanced NLP certifications including NLP Master Practitioner, Advanced Language Skills, Trainer Training, NLP in Health, NLP in Business, and Words that Change Minds. She has trained in Hakomi Psychotherapy, and is a 4th year student of the Feldenkrais Method®.

Lindagail co-founded a 100+ member community choir in Ashland, Oregon and performed as a member of an auditioned ensemble for three years. She has served as a board member of Mediation Works, in Medford, Oregon.

Studying  people and cultures as she traveled the world to over 40 countries, Lindagail has been on Safari in Africa, cycling through the British Isles, trekking in Nepal, riding camels in the Saudi Arabian Desert, climbing Ayers Rock in Australia, and snorkeling in Tahiti.

An avid equestrian, Lindagail has trained over 30 horses and has explored most of the wilderness areas in four Western States on horseback. She loves being outdoors: swimming, bird watching, and under the night sky.

She has made her home in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains since 1986. In winter Lindagail lives and teaches on Maui where she has recently taken up Stand-Up Paddle boarding and playing the ukulele.

Lindagail is well known for achieving top results. She teaches with an emphasis on integrity and respect. Her students and clients appreciate her warm style, dynamic presentations, captivating storytelling, and teaching “NLP with Heart.”

Tom Best

Tom Best
Tom has 30 years of experience in the field of NLP. His style is unique and entertaining. Tom's background includes Cultural Anthropology, and he is currently modeling effective healers from indigenous cultures and teaching those patterns to others. He is the founder and principal of Blue Heron Productions, an NLP Training organization in Arizona.

Judith Grace Sugg, Ph.D.

NLP has long been a passion in my life.  In a way, a little spark of NLP magic saved my life, or at least my career, about 25 years ago.  But as I studied it, I found the magic was more than sparkle, it was real, usable, and life-changing.

I bring a professional background in both in social services and in business to my current work as a writer and instructor. I'm a licensed counselor in both Arizona and Washington state, and one of a few nationally certified counselors working with problem gamblers. I've presented at national conferences and trained counselors at the state level. I just co-authored a book on the topic, and am in the midst of writing a second book.

I also have 15 years of management experience in the corporate world, including running a subsidiary for a bank holding company. I've served (and am serving) on profit and non-profit Boards of Directors, been a partner in an educational software company focusing on learning styles, and worked with Lindagail to coordinate the NLP trainings.

I was awarded my Ph.D. in psychology from Saybrook Graduate Institute in San Francisco in 2008, and I teach psychology as an adjunct instructor at two colleges. I also teach yoga and have, for the last 10 years, trained new yoga teachers.  This is not only another passion -- it's what sustains my energy and focus.

I've been happily married for 26 years this year. I love to travel, hike, do yoga, and play racquetball. We have two dogs, Saathi and Della, at home. Saathi means companion, and he is indeed my close companion. Della's full name is Bella New Della Rose -- she came last year from a rescue group -- she is 12 years old and still perky!
